Several trips on the Queen of Surrey had to be cancelled Easter Sunday after the ship broke down just 40 minutes after returning to service, and more sailings are at risk.

Ontario Provincial Police have identified 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards from Ottawa as the man found fatally injured in Perth's Last Duel Park earlier this month. They did not announce any suspects or arrests.
