The Goo Goo Dolls have cancelled the four remaining shows of their Canadian tour as a band member recovers from pneumonia. Fans will be refunded for their ticket purchases.

Search-and-rescue officials say a Sea-Doo rider has been injured after slamming into a grey whale in a high-speed collision off Vancouver's Stanley Park, while the animal's fate is unclear.
