Nurse says she looked at woman '3 to 5 seconds,' staff overwhelmed before sepsis death at Ontario hospital

A former combat engineer with the Canadian Armed Forces said an appeal for benefits related to his epilepsy has now gone on for two years, while the seizures that began on base continue to take their toll.
