Port of Montreal expansion shows country is ‘building again’, Carney says

Prime Minister Mark Carney broke ground on the long-planned Port of Montreal expansion and said the project is an example of how Canada can become more independent and resilient in an uncertain time for the global economy.
The province has signed an agreement that "reaffirms" its commitment to upload the costs of the O-Train from the City of Ottawa, along with taking over operation of Highway 174. Read More
