Tony Graham Automotive Group sponsors park in Kanata

April 16, 2026

The City is pleased to announce that Tony Graham Automotive Group is furthering its investment in the Kanata community through the sponsorship of the park located at 100 Charlie Rogers Place. The park, adjacent to the Tony Graham Recreation Centre – Kanata, will be named Tony Graham Community Park, continuing the company’s commitment to community-building.

The park is an important community hub for all seasons, with such amenities as:

  • Playground
  • Picnic area
  • Greenspace
  • Walking paths
  • Sports fields
  • A performance stage
  • Outdoor exercise equipment
  • Sledding hill

The Tony Graham Automotive Group has a long-standing reputation for giving back to the community and investing in youth recreation programming across Ottawa.

In 2024, Kanata Recreation Complex was renamed the Tony Graham Recreation Complex- Kanata. Their sponsorship not only covered enhancements to the complex, but also invested in youth recreational programming, sponsoring youth basketball tournaments and free summer access to cardio and weight rooms at select City recreation facilities.

This park sponsorship builds on that commitment to help enhance recreational activities and community services.

A commemorative plaque will be installed in the park in honour of Walter Baker, who the park was previously named after.
