P.E.I. foal with rare deformity could still become a racehorse, says owner

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for communities such as Bancroft, Kaladar and Pembroke Tuesday afternoon and evening. It could bring strong winds and possibly a tornado, according to forecasters.
