Rising waters endanger Gatineau homes as spring flood concerns grow in Quebec, Ontario

Spring flood conditions have put 164 homes at risk of flooding and led to the closure of 41 streets in In Gatineau, Que., along the Ottawa River, as rising waters continue to impact neighbourhoods.
