Alleged poison seller Kenneth Law to avoid murder trial, case to be 'resolved' in May: judge

Kenneth Law, the Toronto-area man accused of selling poison to individuals at risk of self-harm, will avoid a murder trial and his criminal case will come to a conclusion next month, a judge has said. Law is expected to plead guilty to 14 counts of counselling or aiding suicide.
New Premier Christine Fréchette and the Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec (FMSQ) made the announcement Monday afternoon.
