Ontario’s solicitor general blames jail, courts staff for accidentally releasing inmates

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for communities such as Bancroft, Kaladar and Pembroke Tuesday afternoon and evening. It could bring strong winds and possibly a tornado, according to forecasters.
