Ottawa River flooding forcing some Gatineau residents from homes

As the Ottawa River flood waters generally stabilize, one of the major cities along its shoreline says more than 100 residents have requested help from the Red Cross, while several hundred buildings remain at risk.
Gatineau police allege a 61-year-old man set seven fires across an area east of the city core last month. Among the charges he's facing is arson with disregard for human life.
