The heads of psychiatry at 13 Canadian medical schools are calling on the federal government to halt the expansion of assisted dying to people whose sole condition is mental illness.
OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney said Friday morning that he’d continue working with Alberta on shared economic goals , with a referendum relating to the province’s future in Canada now officially set for the fall. “Canada is the greatest country in the world, but it can be better.
