Airlines will face new maximum fine of $1M for violating passenger rights

The federal government has announced it will increase the maximum fine that can levied against airlines for repeated violations of air passenger rights from $250,000 to $1 million.
One persona has now tested positive for hantavirus. Nine people in Canada are classified as high-risk due to exposure to the rare strain of virus and have been self-isolating.
