Hour 2 of Ottawa Now for Thurs. April 30th, 2026

April 30, 2026

Toronto Police have arrested a man who allegedly constructed 3D-printed guns – weapons that were involved in a firearm manufacturing and trafficking scheme. ‘Project Cluster’ was launched in late-2025 after RCMP officials flagged some suspicious online ads on a firearms website. And since the mass liquidation last June, the ByWard Market location has remained empty and without a future. That is, until now. We get the latest developments and reaction from retail analyst Bruce Winder.
