Joining federal Veteran Affairs Minister Jill McKnight, ministers Marc Miller and Gary Anandasangaree, veterans, stakeholders and local students participated in a groundbreaking ceremony in Ottawa to launch the construction of the National Monument to Canada's Mission in Afghanistan.
