Former police officer charged in fatal Toronto shooting

Michaelo Markicevic, 67, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Daniel Stopnicki, 47. CBC News has confirmed that Markicevic is a former police officer with Collingwood police and former York University executive.
