Vigil for Red Dress Day draws dozens to Parliament Hill

A few dozen people gathered on Parliament Hill to mark Red Dress Day, a day of remembrance for missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. Mercedes Cote, the youth representative for the Algonquin Anishinabeg Nation Tribal Council, says the red dresses are a call to action.
