The Pentagon has begun releasing new files on UFOs. Sealed in government records for decades, they will now be posted online, where members of the public can draw their own conclusions as to what’s ‘out there’. In a video address to Albertans on Thursday, May 22, Alberta Premier Danielle Smith announced that her government will present its own referendum question to voters — one that copies neither of the questions presented in a pair of petitions that gathered more than 700,000 signatures in recent months. The government’s proposed question does not explicitly offer an option of Alberta independence, but essentially asks whether the province should agree to have a later legally binding referendum on whether to separate from Canada.
