Elliot Page gave $25K for a community well in N.S. It's still not running and he's not happy

Nova Scotia-born actor Elliot Page donated $25,000 for a well for people who live near Shelburne’s old garbage dump and fear contaminated water and higher cancer rates. The project has been fraught with delays, disagreement and division.
