The owner of a Kanata auto repair shop says the business is devastated by the loss of a young employee who died over the weekend when a tire he was working on ruptured, according to investigators.
The federal government is spending billions of dollars to encourage municipalities to cut development fees in half to boost housing supply and improve affordability.
