Kamloops RCMP say a 24-year-old woman is presumed drowned after a vehicle entered the North Thompson River Sunday evening.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford and Governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that they say will deepen economic ties between the Canadian province and the U.S. state.
