3 Toronto police officers arrested and charged in Spain are suspended with pay. Here’s what could change that

Three off-duty Toronto police officers who were arrested in Spain last week are now back in Canada and suspended with pay, but the Toronto Police Service said they’re still waiting to get information that could determine if their pay could be stopped.
