B.C. man trapped upside-down in truck for 2 days rescued and hospitalized

The man was driving on a remote forest service road Sunday when the vehicle rolled down a steep embankment. He remained trapped inside, unable to access food or water, until he was reported missing by family. He was rescued two days later and was taken to hospital in serious condition.
