Ādisōke library project goes further over budget, faces more delays

The Ādisōke library project on LeBreton Flats is facing another budget overrun, a few more months of delay and still does not have an opening date to the public, according to a new city report.
After months of single-car train service due to wheel bearing issues, double-car trains are expected to return Monday morning to O-Train Line 1.
