OPP charge driver in collision near Perth that killed 10-year-old

A 40-year-old from Ottawa has been charged by Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) after a December 2025 collision between an OPP vehicle and a pickup truck that fatally injured a child and seriously injured three others.
