Police watchdog finds 'evidence of misconduct' in fatal crash investigation

Ontario’s police watchdog has ended its investigation into a fatal single-vehicle collision in south Ottawa, but found "evidence of misconduct" by police officers who attended the scene but failed to find the driver’s body until returning the next day.
