Ontario’s police watchdog has ended its investigation into a fatal single-vehicle collision in south Ottawa, but found "evidence of misconduct" by police officers who attended the scene but failed to find the driver’s body until returning the next day.

After 15 months of declines in Canadians travelling to the United States, new Statistics Canada data suggests the U.S. travel boycott is coming to an end.
