Ontario’s police watchdog has ended its investigation into a fatal single-vehicle collision in south Ottawa, but found "evidence of misconduct" by police officers who attended the scene but failed to find the driver’s body until returning the next day.
The federal government says it's looking for ways to make an expense program for former governors general more transparent after almost 50 years of secrecy around the millions of dollars spent.
