Headlining that list of Ottawa-focused issues is the new Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus, a budget that has ballooned in the eyes of interim Liberal leader John Fraser. CFRA’s Andrew Pinsent tracks down the latest developments for us. But first, we bring you up to speed on today’s top headlines.
