Despite recent changes made by the province to Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, community advocates say that a renovictions bylaw is still urgently needed. Ottawa City Staff released a report on Monday, seeking City Council’s direction on whether to bring the proposed Rental Renovation License Bylaw to council for a vote.
