Organizers had to cancel a watch party at Gatineau's Slush Puppie Centre where Montreal Canadiens fans had hoped to watch a broadcast of the team competing against the Carolina Hurricanes in the NHL's Eastern Conference final. The controversy made it all the way to Parliament Hill. CBC's Matthew Kupfer explains.
