A North Vancouver soccer fan says FIFA should have been more transparent about where fans could end up sitting after he paid nearly $1,000 for a World Cup ticket. It comes as attorneys general in New York and New Jersey have subpoenaed FIFA as part of an investigation into ticketing practices for the 2026 World Cup.
