New camera technology deployed in Brampton has aided Peel Police in over 200 investigations within the past year. The cameras come from Genetec Incorporated – a Canadian security technology company – and they can read license plates with a nearly full field of vision. Meantime, do you ever feel guilty about resting? For instance, you’re reading a book, but you can’t stop thinking about your to-do list. And then, a level of uneasiness starts to creep in. Some call it ‘productivity guilt’. But where do we draw the line? Psychotherapist Benslyne Avril pays us a visit on this Self-Help Tuesday.
