Lawsuit between members dials up tension on eastern Ontario township council

In eastern Ontario's Township of Rideau Lakes, three members of the town council including the mayor have filed a lawsuit against all but one of the remaining members. PWHL Hamilton has signed forward Emily Clark to a two-year contract, the expansion franchise announced Sunday. Clark, who was under contract with Ottawa through 2027-28, joins PWHL Hamilton on a new deal through the same period.
