Lawsuit between members dials up tension on eastern Ontario township council

In eastern Ontario's Township of Rideau Lakes, three members of the town council including the mayor have filed a lawsuit against all but one of the remaining members. It's the latest twist in a knotty tale that goes back years and involves a tangle of code-of-conduct complaints against councillors. Guy Quenneville breaks it all down.
