Ottawa Now - Is the goal line in Canada-USA trade tensions shifting?

The proposed levy on Canada would not apply to goods compliant with CUSMA, meaning that a large majority of Canada’s exports to the United States will be exempt. David Paterson, Ontario's Trade Representative in Washington, knows about these trade tensions all too well. He joins Kristy Cameron on Ottawa Now.
