Stony Plain daycare evacuated after van hits building, gas leak detected

Parkland County RCMP and the Stony Plain fire department responded just before 11 a.m. Thursday to Young Champions Daycare after a van drove into the front of the building.

The program, earlier called the Canada Greener Homes Grant program, was first launched by the federal government in 2021, but lapsed in 2024.
