Change to N.L. school start times could save millions of dollars, says transport minister

Newfoundland and Labrador's transport minister says changing school start times would save between $5 million to 6 million per year, as the government looks for feedback on the newly-proposed schedules.
Kingston had been placed under a red-alert tornado warning on June 30, with the Northern Tornadoes Project confirming an EF0 and EF1 tornado hit the reagion.
