Danielle Dobersheck's oldest daughter told police her parents had broken up, but that they were going on a date on the night her mom was allegedly killed by her dad. The videotaped statement was played in Melfort Court of King's Bench on Wednesday. Cody Chubey, 38, is on trial for first-degree murder of Danielle Dobersheck.
