Students react to expected social media restrictions

The federal government is expected to table legislation Wednesday that will set new online safety standards.The Globe and Mail has reported the digital safety bill will propose a ban on social media for children under 16. CBC spoke to students outside Glebe Collegiate Institute for their reaction.

Prime Minister Mark Carney is expected to explain how the restoration of the prime minister's official residence will proceed, with one source saying a fundraising campaign will be part of the project. The historic property has been uninhabitable for years.
