A severe storm rolled through southern Manitoba, taking down numerous trees, flooding roads and leaving thousands without power.

The Gordie Howe International Bridge opening... will now be delayed. Later, Ottawa will be inviting everybody to the city for Canada Day... just not to the ByWard Market.
