U.S. President Donald Trump says he’s not looking to renew CUSMA as the July 1st deadline approaches. Ontario Premier Doug Ford says he’ll put American booze back on the LCBO store shelves, but only when the two North American neighbours strike a trade deal. For Canadian brewers, a reprieve from American competition has actually been pretty good for business, and it’s given our craft distilleries and wine growers less competition.
