Nova Scotia long-term care worker strike one step closer to ending

CUPE says the lead bargaining unit have ratified their new tentative agreement. All other striking CUPE locals will now hold their own ratification votes.

The program, earlier called the Canada Greener Homes Grant program, was first launched by the federal government in 2021, but lapsed in 2024.
