Over half of Behchokǫ̀'s housing needs repairs. The work is 'almost overwhelming,' N.W.T. housing minister says

Northwest Territories Housing Minister Lucy Kuptana says housing conditions in Behchokǫ̀ are "really troubling." Many units are in need of major or even basic repairs, and Kuptana says it will take federal funds to address the issue.
