Quebec is now the first jurisdiction in North America to restrict access to caffeinated energy drinks — to people under 16, in this case. The new law will come into effect in six months.

A window detaching mid-flight led to a passenger being partly sucked out of the cabin on a Ryanair flight to Germany. His wife is said to have been holding on to his legs, Daily Star reports.
