5 children killed in a crash near Kitchener-Waterloo, Ont.

Five children between the ages of four and 12 were killed in a two-vehicle collision in rural Ontario, according to OPP. Several others, including one infant, were injured.

Rescue teams spent hours looking for two individuals in Montreal's Lachine Canal in the overnight hours of Saturday to Sunday. They were both taken to hospital in critical condition.
