No one country will define new world order, Carney says

Prime Minister Mark Carney says that while the United States will play a role in a new world order, no one institution or country will have all the answers. Responding to a question about the future global role of the U.S., Carney says some countries will be on the same page on issues like taking action on artificial intelligence and child safety.
