Man charged with 1st-degree murder after fatal tent fire in Ontario

Police say a 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after a fatal tent fire in Greater Sudbury that claimed the life of a 41-year-old man last week.

The program, earlier called the Canada Greener Homes Grant program, was first launched by the federal government in 2021, but lapsed in 2024.
