B.C. police issue arrest warrant for former provincial correctional officer charged with breach of trust

Former North Fraser Pretrial Centre correctional officer Naila Sheikh is facing criminal charges of breach of trust and impersonation for personal gain. Documents obtained by CBC News appear to indicate Sheikh was the case manager for convicted gang murderer Rabih Alkhalil at the time of his brazen July 2022 escape, which remains under investigation.
