A Canadian-American artist from Ottawa has made a 4-foot-tall beaver statue for the United States. It’s part of the Great Beaver Quest – an art installation initiative that honours the countries participating in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. That statue, however, has been vandalized. Two tornadoes have been reported in southern Saskatchewan after thunderstorms were seen moving across the area, though it appears only one may have caused damage.
