Good morning – and also, a quick goodbye. After more than two years and 300 newsletters, this is my final Morning Update. I’m moving to another beat at The Globe, and some new and some familiar faces will take over the newsletter this summer. OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney said he could have “explained better” the terms of a new deal with the U.S. to share toll revenues for the Gordie Howe International Bridge, after the terms of the deal became public and contradicted his initial description.
